Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms govern your use of this Pen and Paper Academy website and the free consultation form. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please leave the page.

Who we are

Pen and Paper Academy / Pen and Paper Publication offers writing, editing, design, printing, publishing, and related author support. This landing page is an introduction to those services. Submitting the form is a request for a conversation, not a publishing contract.

The consultation

The consultation is free. Any later work (editing, design, printing, marketing, and so on) is agreed separately, in writing, including fees and timelines. Time estimates on this page, such as 30 to 45 working days, are typical ranges and depend on the service you choose.

Your content

You keep copyright in your manuscript and ideas. If we publish together, your name appears as the author and you hold the rights described in your publishing agreement. Do not send material you do not have the right to share.

Accuracy of the website

We aim to keep this page accurate. Awards, counts, testimonials, and partner logos are shown in good faith. We may update or correct the site without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the form (including spam or false details), attempt to disrupt the site, or copy its design, text, or media for another commercial project without permission.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By sending the form you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry by email, phone, or message.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from a consultation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
